It is recommended you be well hydrated before your experience as sound and vibration travel much better through water. It may also be a good idea to eat something light about an hour or so prior to your arrival so you do not become hungry during the experience.
As well as relaxing the mind and body, sound therapy can break through blocks in the body, such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sleep problems, pain, and even autism. Sound therapy has also been beneficial in treating these diseases.
Improved sleep, less chronic pain and blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and a lower risk of heart disease are all advantages of sound healing.
